We are providing, free, monthly support sessions provided by RNID staff and a friendly volunteer team, at The Shoreham Centre. These no appointment, drop-in sessions provide essential practical support, enabling people with NHS hearing aids to get them cleaned, retubed and maintained, as well as getting information about living with hearing loss and tinnitus.  

We can also support people with hearing aid apps/connecting their hearing aid to their phone and accessing local support services and benefits. If you or a loved one have concerns about your hearing, we also offer a free check, which only takes a few minutes to complete. The team look forward to welcoming you soon!
