Meet the movement project team and grab a tea or coffee.
9am | Move with us.
Neil has a lifetime of experience as a coach and is a MovNat certified trainer. He will guide you through our ‘movement playground’. We’ll explore elements of flow, balance, reactions & rhythm that will redefine the relationship we have with ourselves and the environment that surrounds us. Leave your ego at the door. Bring a smile and dive in, wearing comfortable kit.
10am | Run, jog or walk with us.
As part of our ‘Move’ days we like to get out in to nature. We can connect with ourselves and our environment. Conversations emerge – inspiration shared. We’ll split in to three groups; those who are confident runners will hit the trails with Matt. He knows a thing or two about running, having completed an epic journey in 2021 covering 21 ultra marathons in 21 days. If running is new to you, Neil will lead you on a gentle jog. Neil accidentally completed 2 back-to-back ultra marathons with Matt in 2021 although will tell you he’s not really a ‘proper runner’. If you prefer to head out for a walk, Michelle will guide you through a wonderful riverside loop. No-one will be left behind.
We run or run/walk or walk to connect, to flow, to listen, to share. If we walk, we’re still moving. If we stop, we’re still together.

11am | Move your mind.
Michelle is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Practitioner, Certified International Health Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a Gut Health Certification, Experienced Life Coach and Mental Health in Recruitment Ambassador. Whew! She works with hundreds of individuals and across companies to help people better understand and achieve their health and happiness goals.
Michelle will take us through a workshop, inspiring us to set realistic life-changing habits – and then maintain them.

12noon | Breathe & Reflect.
Matt is a Master Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork Instructor and Leadership Coach . His breath training sessions will help optimise your respiratory system and access a world of clear thinking, untapped energy, and a sense of calm. It’s powerful stuff. Bring a journal and your favourite pen. Clarity is always available – we just need to find a way to access it.
1pm | Break bread with us.
We know about the power of connection over food. Whilst we won’t cook you a meal at the end of the day, we love to head out for a bite to eat with the people we’ve practised with. Our aim is to share stories and to cement new friendships.
We seek to make our events life-enhancing, giving you the platform to explore, to connect with yourselves, our community & nature. Our days are for everyone, whatever your ability or level of experience – we have a ‘no-one left behind philosophy’ which runs through the heart of everything we do.

It’s worth mentioning that you should bring snacks and any specialist food items you might need. Oh and there are no showers and we might get a bit sweaty.
