“ONE HOUR OF WONDERFULNESS EACH WEEK!”

Love to move is an exciting new programme that gets older people moving and functioning better.

During the class there is a combination of cognitive stimulation and social interaction activities all carried out to music from the 1950-60’s. 

The programme is chair based and is a great way for family and friends to join their loved ones in a fun, positive, and fulfilling session together.

We are pleased to announce that from September we will be running weekly sessions from the Shoreham Centre on Wednesday afternoons 14:30 – 16:00.

Also “Shoreham is the latest love to move class to come to west Sussex.

From January there will be classes running from Shoreham ,Henfield, Southwick, Steyning, Worthing.

Refreshments will be served following the 45-minute class and there is always time to have a chat.
