Best Hat Competition Prizes announced!
The theme for the Shoreham Summer Festival is PARTY HATS – because we all need a bit of fun! There will be a prize for the Best Adult Party Hat, Best Youth Party Hat, plus 4 runner up prizes. So dust off your party hats, make a new one or come and join us at our Co-op Community Hat Making Station!! You can add objects to a hat you already own, paint a paper hat, use balloons, ribbons, seaweed – whatever you can find! Just how creative can you be!?! All Hatters are to come to the main band area in front of the war memorial for 3pm. Judging and prizes will be announced at 3.15pm.

The winner will win, from the great folks at Cotts&Linz, 4 x triple scoops of their wonderful artisan gelato ice-creams! You can have in a cone or tub with flavours like caramel egg, rocky road, jaffer cake or the good old vanilla.
