#BrendanBehan – Irish poet, short story writer, novelist, playwright, and Irish Republican,an activist

#GabrielGatehouse – award-winning foreign correspondent with the BBC & Newsnight’s International Editor

#RafaelBehr – Political British journalist, author & Guardian columnist.

#LemnSissay – OBE is a poet playwright, memoirist performer and broadcaster⁠

#BethanRoberts – Award winning novelist & drama writer for BBC Radio 4

#SallyBayle – Fiction & non-fiction writer. Teaches creative writing, literature & academic writing at the University of Oxford

Shoreham Chamber Choir:  Performing folk songs and madrigals interspersed with poetry all around the theme of the seasons.

Tales of Shoreham-by-Sea: Take an intriguing trip through time, journeying in small groups through the historic Marlipins building where you will meet characters from Shoreham through the ages, with thrilling stories to share. 

Caitlin: One woman play performed by #ChristineKempell, written by #MikeKenny. Caitlin and Dylan were great lovers, artists and bohemians mixing with other artists and writers of their day, spending all their time in pubs, living on tick, doing scandalous things and being forgiven

Shakespeare’s Merry Wives of Windsor: A witty, fun & colourful adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic comedy, which brings an old tale to life in a contemporary way which everyone will enjoy.

The Houseboat of Death: An evening of murder and mystery… Come to the premiere of Elly Griffiths’ new play The Houseboat of Death, set in Shoreham-by-Sea. Which of the four crime-writers is actually a cold-blooded murderer?
