Membership Terms & Conditions

ESBS, (known as EnjoyShorehamBySea), cannot be held responsible for any infringements of trademark or copyright of materials supplied by the client. The client will be solely responsible for any breaches. Any inappropriate or abusive materials brought to the attention of ESBS will be removed at once.

Any materials supplied by the client can be used for the purpose of promotions and advertising of ESBS. ESBS will not tolerate any abusive behaviours and client will be removed with immediate effect and indefinitely. Should ESBY have to create content, edit supplied materials and create artwork, the client may receive an editor’s fee of £40 per item.

Memberships are on a term of 12 months after which a rolling contact will continue unless cancelled by the client. Memberships can be cancelled at any time  by the client but the 12 month term is none refundable. Should for any reason ESBS have to cancel memberships, the client will be notified, and no further payments will be taken. No refunds will be given for the term of active membership.

Visitor Map Listings:

  1. To have a ‘HotSpot’ feature on the map your venue must be situated within the boundaries of the illustration: https://www.enjoyshorehambysea.co.uk/shoreham-visitors-map
  2. Outside of the illustration you listing will only feature in the Super Venues Section: https://www.enjoyshorehambysea.co.uk/shoreham-visitors-map/#super-venues
  3. You can select 1 main category: Food & Drink / Retail / For Fun / Services / Market
  4. By making a payment you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  5. Places are reserved by payment only – verbal agreements will not secure your listing.
  6. Payments are required in advance
  7. Payments are non-refundable.
  8. The project will be valid online for 12 months, after which a new map project may be produced and new bookings available.
  9. Bookings apply to an online map highlight on EnjoysShorehamBySea.co.uk (ESBS)
  10. Bookings do not include a business profile page – please email info@enjoyshorehambysea.co.uk to discuss further advertising opportunities.
  11. This promotion may be changed by the administrators.
  12. saydesignUK & ESBS provide a digital platform for SITC to promote, facilitate and raise funds for their promotions and events.

Members will be added to our email newsletter.

All traders must be located in Shoreham-By-Sea.

Exclusive offers features are available to members.

Sponsorships
Sponsorships are for a minimum term of 12 months.

Sponsors will feature on a highlighted page with short description and website link.

Access to writing blogs will be granted with an individual Post Category. If blogs are incorrectly categorized they may be removed. Requests can me made for ESBS to create a blog on behalf of the sponsor, but this may incur an editor’s fee at £40 per hour.

All other conditions apply.

Charities
Registered charities located in Shoreham-by-sea will receive a free membership.

Additional
Additional advertising and features are available from 1– 12 months contracts.
